SUPPORT TEAM

Each fund manager has a dedicated experienced support team. The support team assists the fund managers with scheduling meetings, liaising with clients and completing administrative work. The support staff complements the fund managers as it allows them to focus on fulfilling their fiduciary role. The support staff is subject to documented procedural guidelines and controls.

EPM operates in a CITRIX based environment and our servers are backed up on a daily basis. This allows us to access our systems from anywhere in the world on a secure basis. This is further supported by a fully documented and tested business continuity plan.
